Not-for-profit organizations, excluding military, are eligible. This includes schools and other educational establishments. Individual students, teachers, and researchers are also eligible. Excluded are government ministeries, international organizations, such as UN organizations, and bi-lateral governmental aid programs working in Africa. You must have a postal address in Africa.
Check your e-mail. You will have been sent an e-mail with an application form for a licence. Fill in the form and forward it to software@maplibrary.org
You will be sent a licence key to your postal address, which must be in Africa. Enter the licence key in the software to unlock the full commercial program.
Since this software is being supplied for free, the manufacturers of the software cannot offer technical support. However, manuals, tutorials, and user forums are available.
